 詩7:1 〔大衛指著便雅憫人古實的話、向耶和華唱的流離歌。〕耶和華我的　神阿、我投靠你．求你救我脫離一切追趕我的人、將我救拔出來．
  O Lord my God, in thee do I put my trust: save me from all them that persecute me, and deliver me:
 詩7:2 恐怕他們像獅子撕裂我、甚至撕碎、無人搭救。
  Lest he tear my soul like a lion, rending it in pieces, while there is none to deliver.
 詩7:3 耶和華我的　神阿、我若行了這事、若有罪孽在我手裡、
  O Lord my God, if I have done this; if there be iniquity in my hands;
 詩7:4 我若以惡報那與我交好的人、（連那無故與我為敵的、我也救了他）
  If I have rewarded evil unto him that was at peace with me; (yea, I have delivered him that without cause is mine enemy:)
 詩7:5 就任憑仇敵追趕我、直到追上．將我的性命踏在地下、使我的榮耀歸於灰塵。〔細拉〕
  Let the enemy persecute my soul, and take it; yea, let him tread down my life upon the earth, and lay mine honour in the dust. Selah.
 詩7:6 耶和華阿、求你在怒中起來、挺身而立、抵擋我敵人的暴怒．求你為我興起．你已經命定施行審判。
  Arise, O Lord, in thine anger, lift up thyself because of the rage of mine enemies: and awake for me to the judgment that thou hast commanded.
 詩7:7 願眾民的會環繞你．願你從其上歸於高位。
  So shall the congregation of the people compass thee about: for their sakes therefore return thou on high.
 詩7:8 耶和華向眾民施行審判．耶和華阿、求你按我的公義、和我心中的純正、判斷我。
  The Lord shall judge the people: judge me, O Lord, according to my righteousness, and according to mine integrity that is in me.
 詩7:9 願惡人的惡斷絕．願你堅立義人．因為公義的　神察驗人的心腸肺腑。
  Oh let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end; but establish the just: for the righteous God trieth the hearts and reins.
 詩7:10 　神是我的盾牌．他拯救心裡正直的人。
  My defence is of God, which saveth the upright in heart.
 詩7:11 　神是公義的審判者、又是天天向惡人發怒的　神。
  God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day.
 詩7:12 若有人不回頭、他的刀必磨快、弓必上弦、豫備妥當了。
  If he turn not, he will whet his sword; he hath bent his bow, and made it ready.
 詩7:13 他也豫備了殺人的器械．他所射的是火箭。
  He hath also prepared for him the instruments of death; he ordaineth his arrows against the persecutors.
 詩7:14 試看惡人因奸惡而劬勞．所懷的是毒害、所生的是虛假。
  Behold, he travaileth with iniquity, and hath conceived mischief, and brought forth falsehood.
 詩7:15 他掘了坑、又挖深了、竟掉在自己所挖的阱裡。
  He made a pit, and digged it, and is fallen into the ditch which he made.
 詩7:16 他的毒害、必臨到他自己的頭上．他的強暴必落到他自己的腦袋上。
  His mischief shall return upon his own head, and his violent dealing shall come down upon his own pate.
 詩7:17 我要照著耶和華的公義稱謝他、歌頌耶和華至高者的名。
  I will praise the Lord according to his righteousness: and will sing praise to the name of the Lord most high.
