 詩74:1 〔亞薩的訓誨詩。〕　神阿、你為何永遠丟棄我們呢．你為何向你草場的羊發怒如煙冒出呢．
  O God, why hast thou cast us off for ever? why doth thine anger smoke against the sheep of thy pasture?
 詩74:2 求你記念你古時所得來的會眾、就是你所贖作你產業支派的．並記念你向來所居住的錫安山。
  Remember thy congregation, which thou hast purchased of old; the rod of thine inheritance, which thou hast redeemed; this mount Zion, wherein thou hast dwelt.
 詩74:3 求你舉步去看那日久荒涼之地、仇敵在聖所中所行的一切惡事。
  Lift up thy feet unto the perpetual desolations; even all that the enemy hath done wickedly in the sanctuary.
 詩74:4 你的敵人在你會中吼叫．他們豎了自己的旗為記號。
  Thine enemies roar in the midst of thy congregations; they set up their ensigns for signs.
 詩74:5 他們好像人揚起斧子、砍伐林中的樹。
  A man was famous according as he had lifted up axes upon the thick trees.
 詩74:6 聖所中一切雕刻的、他們現在用斧子錘子打壞了。
  But now they break down the carved work thereof at once with axes and hammers.
 詩74:7 他們用火焚燒你的聖所、褻瀆你名的居所、拆毀到地。
  They have cast fire into thy sanctuary, they have defiled by casting down the dwelling place of thy name to the ground.
 詩74:8 他們心裡說、我們要盡行毀滅、他們就在遍地把　神的會所都燒燬了。
  They said in their hearts, Let us destroy them together: they have burned up all the synagogues of God in the land.
 詩74:9 我們不見我們的標幟．不再有先知．我們內中也沒有人知道這災禍要到幾時呢。
  We see not our signs: there is no more any prophet: neither is there among us any that knoweth how long.
 詩74:10 　神阿、敵人辱罵要到幾時呢．仇敵褻瀆你的名、要到永遠麼．
  O God, how long shall the adversary reproach? shall the enemy blaspheme thy name for ever?
 詩74:11 你為甚麼縮回你的右手．求你從懷中伸出來、毀滅他們。
  Why withdrawest thou thy hand, even thy right hand? pluck it out of thy bosom.
 詩74:12 　神自古以來為我的王、在地上施行拯救。
  For God is my King of old, working salvation in the midst of the earth.
 詩74:13 你曾用能力將海分開、將水中大魚的頭打破。
  Thou didst divide the sea by thy strength: thou brakest the heads of the dragons in the waters.
 詩74:14 你曾砸碎鱷魚的頭、把他給曠野的禽獸為食物。〔禽獸原文作民〕
  Thou brakest the heads of leviathan in pieces, and gavest him to be meat to the people inhabiting the wilderness.
 詩74:15 你曾分裂磐石、水便成了溪河、你使長流的江河乾了。
  Thou didst cleave the fountain and the flood: thou driedst up mighty rivers.
 詩74:16 白晝屬你、黑夜也屬你．亮光和日頭、是你所豫備的。
  The day is thine, the night also is thine: thou hast prepared the light and the sun.
 詩74:17 地的一切疆界、是你所立的．夏天和冬天、是你所定的。
  Thou hast set all the borders of the earth: thou hast made summer and winter.
 詩74:18 耶和華阿、仇敵辱罵、愚頑民褻瀆了你的名、求你記念這事。
  Remember this, that the enemy hath reproached, O Lord, and that the foolish people have blasphemed thy name.
 詩74:19 不要將你斑鳩的性命交給野獸．不要永遠忘記你困苦人的性命。
  O deliver not the soul of thy turtledove unto the multitude of the wicked: forget not the congregation of thy poor for ever.
 詩74:20 求你顧念所立的約．因為地上黑暗之處、都滿了強暴的居所。
  Have respect unto the covenant: for the dark places of the earth are full of the habitations of cruelty.
 詩74:21 不要叫受欺壓的人蒙羞回去．要叫困苦窮乏的人讚美你的名。
  O let not the oppressed return ashamed: let the poor and needy praise thy name.
 詩74:22 　神阿、求你起來、為自己伸訴．要記念愚頑人怎樣終日辱罵你。
  Arise, O God, plead thine own cause: remember how the foolish man reproacheth thee daily.
 詩74:23 不要忘記你敵人的聲音．那起來敵你之人的喧嘩時常上升。
  Forget not the voice of thine enemies: the tumult of those that rise up against thee increaseth continually.
