 賽44:1 我的僕人雅各、我所揀選的以色列阿、現在你當聽。
  Yet now hear, O Jacob my servant; and Israel, whom I have chosen:
 賽44:2 造作你、又從你出胎造就你、並要幫助你的耶和華如此說、我的僕人雅各、我所揀選的耶書崙哪、不要害怕．
  Thus saith the Lord that made thee, and formed thee from the womb, which will help thee; Fear not, O Jacob, my servant; and thou, Jesurun, whom I have chosen.
 賽44:3 因為我要將水澆灌口渴的人、將河澆灌乾旱之地．我要將我的靈澆灌你的後裔、將我的福澆灌你的子孫。
  For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground: I will pour my spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing upon thine offspring:
 賽44:4 他們要發生在草中、像溪水旁的柳樹。
  And they shall spring up as among the grass, as willows by the water courses.
 賽44:5 這個要說、我是屬耶和華的．那個要以雅各的名自稱．又一個要親手寫歸耶和華的、〔或作在手上寫歸耶和華〕並自稱為以色列。
  One shall say, I am the Lord's; and another shall call himself by the name of Jacob; and another shall subscribe with his hand unto the Lord, and surname himself by the name of Israel.
 賽44:6 耶和華以色列的君、以色列的救贖主萬軍之耶和華如此說、我是首先的、我是末後的、除我以外、再沒有真神。
  Thus saith the Lord the King of Israel, and his redeemer the Lord of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God.
 賽44:7 自從我設立古時的民、誰能像我宣告、並且指明、又為自己陳說呢．讓他將未來的事、和必成的事說明。
  And who, as I, shall call, and shall declare it, and set it in order for me, since I appointed the ancient people? and the things that are coming, and shall come, let them shew unto them
 賽44:8 你們不要恐懼、也不要害怕．我豈不是從上古就說明指示你們麼、並且你們是我的見證、除我以外、豈有真神麼、誠然沒有磐石、我不知道一個。
  Fear ye not, neither be afraid: have not I told thee from that time, and have declared it? ye are even my witnesses. Is there a God beside me? yea, there is no God; I know not any.
 賽44:9 製造雕刻偶像的、盡都虛空．他們所喜悅的、都無益處．他們的見證、無所看見、無所知曉、他們便覺羞愧。
  They that make a graven image are all of them vanity; and their delectable things shall not profit; and they are their own witnesses; they see not, nor know; that they may be ashamed.
 賽44:10 誰製造神像、鑄造無益的偶像。
  Who hath formed a god, or molten a graven image that is profitable for nothing?
 賽44:11 看哪、他的同伴都必羞愧、工匠也不過是人．任他們聚會、任他們站立、都必懼怕、一同羞愧。
  Behold, all his fellows shall be ashamed: and the workmen, they are of men: let them all be gathered together, let them stand up; yet they shall fear, and they shall be ashamed together.
 賽44:12 鐵匠把鐵在火炭中燒熱、用鎚打鐵器、用他有力的膀臂錘成．他飢餓而無力、不喝水而發倦。
  The smith with the tongs both worketh in the coals, and fashioneth it with hammers, and worketh it with the strength of his arms: yea, he is hungry, and his strength faileth: he drinketh no water, and is faint.
 賽44:13 木匠拉線、用筆劃出樣子．用鉋子鉋成形狀、用圓尺劃了模樣、仿照人的體態、作成人形、好住在房屋中。
  The carpenter stretcheth out his rule; he marketh it out with a line; he fitteth it with planes, and he marketh it out with the compass, and maketh it after the figure of a man, according to the beauty of a man; that it may remain in the house.
 賽44:14 他砍伐香柏樹、又取柞〔或作青桐〕樹和橡樹、在樹林中選定了一棵．他栽種松樹得雨長養、
  He heweth him down cedars, and taketh the cypress and the oak, which he strengtheneth for himself among the trees of the forest: he planteth an ash, and the rain doth nourish it.
 賽44:15 這樹、人可用以燒火、他自己取些烤火、又燒著烤餅．而且作神像跪拜、作雕刻的偶像向他叩拜。
  Then shall it be for a man to burn: for he will take thereof, and warm himself; yea, he kindleth it, and baketh bread; yea, he maketh a god, and worshippeth it; he maketh it a graven image, and falleth down thereto.
 賽44:16 他把一分燒在火中、把一分烤肉吃飽．自己烤火說、阿哈、我煖和了、我見火了。
  He burneth part thereof in the fire; with part thereof he eateth flesh; he roasteth roast, and is satisfied: yea, he warmeth himself, and saith, Aha, I am warm, I have seen the fire:
 賽44:17 他用剩下的作了一神、就是雕刻的偶像、他向這偶像俯伏叩拜、禱告他說、求你拯救我、因你是我的神。
  And the residue thereof he maketh a god, even his graven image: he falleth down unto it, and worshippeth it, and prayeth unto it, and saith, Deliver me; for thou art my god.
 賽44:18 他們不知道、也不思想、因為耶和華閉住他們的眼不能看見、塞住他們的心不能明白。
  They have not known nor understood: for he hath shut their eyes, that they cannot see; and their hearts, that they cannot understand.
 賽44:19 誰心裡也不醒悟、也沒有知識、沒有聰明、能說、我曾拿一分在火中燒了、在炭火上烤過餅、我也烤過肉喫、這剩下的、我豈要作可憎的物麼．我豈可向木不子叩拜呢。
  And none considereth in his heart, neither is there knowledge nor understanding to say, I have burned part of it in the fire; yea, also I have baked bread upon the coals thereof; I have roasted flesh, and eaten it: and shall I make the residue thereof an abomination? shall I fall down to the stock of a tree?
 賽44:20 他以灰為食、心中昏迷、使他偏邪、他不能自救、也不能說、我右手中豈不是有虛謊麼。
  He feedeth on ashes: a deceived heart hath turned him aside, that he cannot deliver his soul, nor say, Is there not a lie in my right hand?
 賽44:21 雅各、以色列阿、你是我的僕人、要記念這些事．以色列阿、你是我的僕人、我造就你必不忘記你。
  Remember these, O Jacob and Israel; for thou art my servant: I have formed thee; thou art my servant: O Israel, thou shalt not be forgotten of me.
 賽44:22 我塗抹了你的過犯、像厚雲消散．我塗抹了你的罪惡、如薄雲滅沒．你當歸向我、因我救贖了你。
  I have blotted out, as a thick cloud, thy transgressions, and, as a cloud, thy sins: return unto me; for I have redeemed thee.
 賽44:23 諸天哪、應當歌唱、因為耶和華作成這事．地的深處阿、應當歡呼、眾山應當發聲歌唱、樹林和其中所有的樹、都當如此、因為耶和華救贖了雅各、並要因以色列榮耀自己。
  Sing, O ye heavens; for the Lord hath done it: shout, ye lower parts of the earth: break forth into singing, ye mountains, O forest, and every tree therein: for the Lord hath redeemed Jacob, and glorified himself in Israel.
 賽44:24 從你出胎、造就你的救贖主耶和華如此說、我耶和華是創造萬物的、是獨自鋪張諸天、鋪開大地的。（誰與我同在呢）
  Thus saith the Lord, thy redeemer, and he that formed thee from the womb, I am the Lord that maketh all things; that stretcheth forth the heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself;
 賽44:25 使說假話的兆頭失效、使占卜的癲狂、使智慧人退後、使他的知識變為愚拙。
  That frustrateth the tokens of the liars, and maketh diviners mad; that turneth wise men backward, and maketh their knowledge foolish;
 賽44:26 使我僕人的話語立定、我使者的謀算成就．論到耶路撒冷說、必有人居住．論到猶大的城邑說、必被建造．其中的荒場我也必興起。
  That confirmeth the word of his servant, and performeth the counsel of his messengers; that saith to Jerusalem, Thou shalt be inhabited; and to the cities of Judah, Ye shall be built, and I will raise up the decayed places thereof:
 賽44:27 對深淵說、你乾了罷．我也要使你的江河乾涸。
  That saith to the deep, Be dry, and I will dry up thy rivers:
 賽44:28 論古列說、他是我的牧人、必成就我所喜悅的、必下令建造耶路撒冷、發命立穩聖殿的根基。
  That saith of Cyrus, He is my shepherd, and shall perform all my pleasure: even saying to Jerusalem, Thou shalt be built; and to the temple, Thy foundation shall be laid.
